Team Prime

The Great North Run. Here we all are at the start looking fresh and ready to go (if, in my case, quite terrified) - and I'm quite happy not to include a rather more beaten-down 'After' shot for comparison...! But, suffice to say, we all finished in one piece and were safely drinking tea in the MS Society tent by the time the day's thunderstorms started...
