Syre church

Somewhat gloomy and damp today - but no wind which is great for cycling. This church at one of the rare road junctions has a sad history relating to the highland clearances. On our longest days ride back to the van we struggled to get refreshments as the very few establishments along our way had their own struggles with staff shortages. The midges were out in force too - the downside of no wind. Still a fab mini adventure.
