Birthday present

This is my present from Roy, we discovered the artist and his studio in Guadalest (www.joanvidal.com) his artwork is very diverse. This looks better in real life, it has a 3d effect.

Better day today, went to the gym, 30 minutes on the cross trainer, some abs work a few weights, quick cup of coffee and a chat with Kelvin, home read the papers and did not alot more.

Just off to do tea, I´m doing the duck with plums except I am using chicken breasts, couldn´t get any duck breasts.
