A sunday sail!

Another sunny day so we decided to do the 'round the lake' sail on Derwentwater- of course as soon as we got on board the sun went away and the light was very 'flat' so not good for any dramatic panoramic shots. This was another of the regular launches delivering walkers to the bottom of the many mountain trails.
The sun came back out again as we drove to Cockermouth to our favourite wee pub for sunday lunch- there is a marker on the wall about five foot up to mark where the flood water reached in 2009- the buildings and town have recovered well!
