Sparrow gas

Charlotte had an epic morning sleep today. 7:45 - 10:10!
She woke up full of beans which was lovely. We headed to Argos to collect the portable DVD player. Got home to discover it needed 5 hours charge up time. Oh no.
Packed tons of snacks food ready for lunch out, also feed Charlotte 2 1/2 cold sausages as snack.

Arrived at pub, daddy already there. Charlotte was happy to run around the gardens.
Went to the table just before one, table laid for 6, as requested, 2 high chairs on the side, as requested, but no realistic places to put them!
Ended up putting Charlotte on a chair, strapped into her portable high chair between lee and I, poor Lucy was shoe horned into a corner.

The meal itself was good, each time Charlotte got fed up, more good was supplied. Daddy took her for a walk after our mains, but we left soon after this as she started to crash.

Asleep by the time we got to the end of the road I thought we would be able to put her down for a late sleep. Nope. Within ten minutes of bring home she was bouncing about in her cot so we got her up and played outside.

Thank you to everyone for their advice with what to do about the meal, I'm glad we went, glad it was ok, but was v relieved to get home!
