An uneventful day ..

I lead a funny old life these days .. when I came to Hull I imagined it would only be for a year or two and then I'd resume my real life, but I feel like I shall completely forget what a normal life is .. and have no idea how I'll earn my living ..


Maybe I'll open a fox refuge.


Hung around at home and had lunch with mum (the one day of the week she doesn't have meals on wheels inflicted on her)

In the afternoon I ambled out to Sunk Island .. but it was a bit too breezy for macro work and my bird spotting abilities had gone awol .. so I've ended up with a blip very similar to a previous one - it's exactly the same field, but not necessarily the same bird - and the rape has gone to seed a bit since then.

Got home to find one of the vixens and Oscar the cat nose to nose in the garden .. but it came to nothing ..
