Penzance

A lot of interesting clouds here in Penzance today. They looked dark, heavy with the threat of rain but the day remained warm and sunny.

Our visit to the pool went well, I didn’t need my wet suit for my cold water swim, but I did make funny squeaky noises when I first went in but the water was sufficiently warm for a 20 min swim. We were booked for the 1pm session in the geothermal pool, the water was slightly warmer here but we only stayed in for 1/2 hr. Got bored.

My plans for sea bathing may well be scuppered as the mid day low tide makes accessing the water at the battery rocks difficult. We shall see!
