Afternoon walk aross the field

Back home to join with our neighbour M and her family at the funeral of her husband.
A very sad day , and celebration of a good life lived in contentment . Our closest neighbour's since we moved here 20 years ago.
It's so sad that our neighbour became ill during the pandemic and we never saw him again as he didn't leave the house.
