The boys are back...temporarily

I felt a bit more human today thankfully! I've done a task, had a lie down, done a task, had a lie down etc etc... James and Rich are back for a few days so came to Caña Club which was lovely. I left early to come lie down again. Definitely on the mend though.
Asha had another good day, as did Nate. Mitch had some hard news.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Recovering bit by bit.
2) Conversation with James.
3) An unexpected sprinkling of rain.
