Didn't feel like a swim, but went nevertheless. Haven't been for 10 days, as busy last week, don't want to get out of the habit.

Brilliant, only one other person in the pool. Weather wasn't conducive, but once in it's great, as kept at around 30C

Had a tomato juice on the terrace with Mr B. Got warmer and muggier. Bus to Boscombe for bread. Then a detour to 'Monkey Island' (on the Overcliff) where forensics/police are gruesomely continuing to search for body parts. They expect to be there all week. They have been searching various locations in the area since August 26th when the murder was reported. 2 people have been arrested so far.
