Mad dogs and English(wo)men

A late morning walk with Bev to the sea front to get a few things from Bim, the local mini market. Both Rufus and I decided it was probably much too hot for such exercise and spent most of the afternoon in recovery mode. 

An hour's video call with mbfiatw Jean this evening was the only other event in this otherwise very quiet, very hot, uninteresting day.
