Sparrowhawk

I did not want this to happen. I went outside hoping to see a murmuration of starlings. Instead, a sparrowhawk arrived suddenly, dived into the undergrowth, and came out with a small bird, a starling I think. Starlings normally like to be in large groups to avoid incidents like this. I think that my presence may have inhibited the sparrowhawk from doing too much damage.
