Seeking Shade....

We had a day to ourselves after having to help dad out yesterday with clearing out the damp and mouldy item from a water pipe leak /flood in his flat over the weekend.

As it was so warm again we decided against our first plan for a walk in The Peak District. I'm just not good in the heat. We decided to head for the woods above Trentham Gardens to avoid the crowds. 

We did return via the gardens and I managed a little bit of time with the insects and bugs before I couldn't cope with the heat.

Once back home I spent some time in the garden watching the spiders making webs all over the place.
