UNO Time

We had the usual Sunday fun with an UNO session.

The Costa in the high street is proving to be a disappointing venue for it recently. I don’t know if the company is deliberately running it down or whether it is not well managed.

Last week they had no food. This week they had food but their oven wasn’t working so could only serve stuff that didn’t need heating up or toasting. Their dishwasher was also broken so they had to serve drinks in takeaway cups of which they had very few so they warned they would need to close up if they ran out.

It is the only cafe in Cullompton that is open on a Sunday and is a perfect 5 minutes from the church so is ideal after ringing.

At this rate we will need to rethink and either decide to drive to an alternative or decamp back to our house instead.
