Buffalo Bill

Took my car up to Newbridge this morning as it was booked in for a service and MOT.

Walked through the doors and saw a dear old friend (workmate) that I hadn’t seen for a few years. He’s been through some tough times, sadly losing his wife to cancer 5 years ago.

It was great to see him and he was looking well. MrsT came to pick me up and saw him too. He gave me a pound to give to L. When L was a toddler, he used to always give her a few bucks from his pocket. He’s such a gem of a guy.

I got a ten pin bowling singles league match tonight. I haven’t played much so not holding out for any big scores.
