Battenburg Cheesecake

We had a chilled out morning after all the fun of yesterday. Then this afternoon we, along with Zeph, travelled over to Retford to see Jeri and the family.

She had of course, made a cake for Brian for his birthday but as Brian only likes really plain cakes, she was quite underwhelmed at having to make something so basic. So she also decided to make a Battenburg cheesecake as dessert. Both are fantastic!

Home now and time to veg out for a while!
