After the storm

We had the worst rain I've seen in a long time this afternoon. The guttering wasn't coping well and I was a bit worried about it flooding at the back. I realised my water butt connector was faulty so water wasn't going into it or down the pipe but was spurting out everywhere, oops!  Once the drama ended I had a walk round the fields nearby. It was so fresh after the rain, I loved it. Hoping sleep is easier tonight!
