Tamarillo

These just came to the markets this week. I love them. I can eat them until I get ulcers. I love them on hot buttered toast and they are amazing on crumpets. and unbelievable with ice cream. Unfortunately I can't eat any of that at the moment - they are all off the menu. So I am going to try them in entirely new ways. maybe pulped with my raw oats in the morning or in a smoothie with coconut cream and banana. baked with Apple maybe. the possibilities are endless and I am looking forward to trying as many as I can.
