A sunny St Tegla......

....nestled in his alcove.  Now this small statue came from where R was evacuated to during the early part of the War, somewhere near Ruthin.  We've looked him up and apparently there's a St Tegla's well at Llandegla in Denbighshire.  It appears to be known as a healing well with a reputation for curing Epilepsy, known locally as Clwyf Tegla.  And that's as far as my typing of Welsh can go........  Still far too hot down here, still 27 degrees in our kitchen even with everything open and over 80 outside.
