Rowan berries

We had a retired preacher at our church today and he gave a thought provoking sermon.  He had been a missionary in Korea at one time, and had some amazing stories, particularly about his coping with the language.  

He was also in his early days a minister at Kinlochbervie, and made us laugh when he said when he heard where he was going he thought he was going to the back of beyond, and found it was!  However, he did enjoy his time there.

I had a short local walk in the afternoon heat before preparing our dinner for later, it is a cold meal, as I want to watch the Scotland/South Africa game...... I am a glutton for punishment.  Come on Scotland, you can (just about) do it!!!!  LOL
