Perthshire Open Studios Festival.

Pat and I are touring the Perthshire Countryside and visiting several artists open studios. Today’s Blipfoto is of a harvested field using the drum shaped bails.

We spent some time visiting various woodworking studios at Greenburns Farm, southeast of Coupar Angus. High quality furniture is the product produced and the range of machinery available is very extensive as is the quality of the furniture in design and finish.

Several other artists are based at Greenburns  Farm and the aim is to have more artists working in the former farm buildings.

We also visited a collage and assemblage artist, Jack Ravi
