Blue Devil

I was awoken this morning by a very loud thunderstorm so I made a coffee and opened the back door to listen. Mindy ended up joining me after a bit. The thunder was coming about every 30 seconds for the period of an hour, it was quite impressive.
After the rain stopped we went to an antique shop but found it was out of business. I spent the afternoon patching a wall I had taken apart to repair a water leak.
This evening we went to the football game at Duke University where Mindy works. The university provided a free dinner and game tickets for employees and their families. It was fun until the third quarter when the rain started. It was a 20 minute walk back to the car and we were all soaked, but in good spirits.
