London Open Garden Squares weekend

This is the London Open Garden Squares weekend, when gardens and squares across the city that are usually private open up to the public.

Today Clare and I joined a cycle tour that took in 10 gardens in Bloomsbury, Camden and Hackney.

This was the first one we visited: the Phoenix Garden near Shaftesbury Avenue. The church poking its spire out is St Giles in the Fields.
