Day 29 - Palace of Versailles Gardens

I typed up quite a lot of detail relating to these gardens yesterday but in my rush to go out to dinner last night I must have omitted to press the publish button.
Versailles is around 20 kilometres from Paris. We only visited the gardens and not the palace. They really are amazing, the where built by Louis XIII & XIV around 300 years ago. A monument to the abuse of privilege!
