Chihuly in Seattle

Saw an exhibition of glasswork by Chihuly in the Seattle Center. I'd never heard of him before but this was a real eye opener. We bought a ticket to see the exhibition jointly with the entry for the Space Needle - so glad we did.
This evening watched the Seattle Sounders beat the Vancouver Whitecaps 3-2. I can't recall enjoying myself so much at a Soccer match for years. Great atmosphere, big crowd (56,000) and the right result. There might be some disgruntled Whitecap fans on our 'bus to Canada tomorrow though. It felt like an international, as both anthems were sung at the beginning, and some of the crowd were chanting "USA" .
