More friends

It is lovely being on holiday and having people to stay but I’m done with bed stripping and remaking!! (And the washing in between!!) I know I am not the only one who feels like that. However, it is fab to see them and today we had a good lunch thanks to the local fisherman who bring these beautiful langoustine to shore for us to feast on. They were absolutely delicious !!
We have had a scorcher of a day for north east fife.. it was foggy this morning but still 20c by 10am. It just got hotter and hotter so a lunchtime swim in bath temperature water and dry almost before getting to the shower. The umbrella I had bought for the garden has been very helpful and has meant we are not burnt to a crisp this evening! More fun and games tomorrow
