It's a lazy pizza-eating evening

I spent all day solving other people's problems and crafting important guidance at work, and needed a bike ride and fresh air before my head caved in from weariness or yesterday's headache, or maybe both.  The ride along the river and in amongst the trees for a few miles was calming and got the blood flowing a bit.  Cheapish supermarket pizza on my favourite (rather cracked and chipped, but don't tell anyone) plate did me for a much needed zero-effort tea.

Extra is a super tight crop of my caterpillar again, which annoyingly had disappeared at breakfast but happily had turned up again by the time I finished work.
