At the lake

We got out this morning to walk at Dreher Island State Park. The sky was so gorgeous today with clouds and it was somewhat cooler than usual.

Forgot to grab the real camera so I missed some good heron and turtle photos.

This one was out the window crossing the causeway to the island.

Got hot too fast for me so we only walked about an hour. But time in nature is always special.

Then I made the mistake of taking the man with me to the grocery store. Never, ever again. No way and no how. Good thing I had a list or I would have forgotten what I wanted to get.

My blood pressure is not happy.


I still love him anyway.
