Poppies

I meant to blip these poppies from the next door neighbours front garden a few days ago but I didn't get round to taking a photo. Today I noticed that the strong winds had all but flattened them. It's a shame as you cannot now see their amazing petals that look like they have been created almost from elongated pinking shears.
What a wonderful evening with my two closest friends. We have not all been together in just over a year but we carry on from where we left off. I am very privileged to have such friends.
