Grey Heron

It was more misty than foggy this morning. The little female (pictured) landed as I entered the park then came running to meet me. I gave her a feed (until she showed signs of having had enough). I also gave some fish to the juvenile gulls and biscuits to the crows and gull. I then made my way to the clearing.I spotted a heron flying ahead of me on the loch side of the trees. When I reached the clearing the chick was waiting. It must have been her who passed me. I gave her a feed and gave a bit to a curious coot. I was about to leave the park and turned round to see the gull walking towards me with two crows in tow. I gave them the last of the biscuits and made for home.
