Barmy balmy evening

Hot day but a muggy, overcast evening and low tide, not so good for the after work swim, friend J and I had planned!

Exited the water via the next beach due to a height difference between the two (defies explanation) and had to walk along the busy road with the dog, in our costumes and bare feet to get back to our starting point!

We had dinner at my local which had something of the Fawlty Towers about it this evening. I’m still a bit off my food after Covid so Raffles had prawns and cheesecake. He was a very happy doggie.
