Keeping Hydrated

Lots of playing today, went to the soft play to escape the heat then went to the park once it cooled down a bit.

Lando is feeling much better but still has a rash. We think he has Hand, Foot and Mouth virus which a lot of his friends have at the moment and have the same symptoms.

Watched the final of Bake Off Professionals the standard is so high this year, the contestants really can't make any mistakes.
