Keeping Cool

30C. Certainly feels hot even though the sky was a bit hazy at times.

Unfortunately had a wasted journey to Pinderfields Hospital this afternoon.
Mr C was booked to have his Macular injection. After checking in and then waiting about half an hour he was called in only to be told the doctor wouldn’t do the injection as it was only 7 weeks since his last one.
As we are on holiday next week they brought it forward but should have delayed it a week.
Not MrC’s fault. He just told them 2 months ago when we were on holiday, and left it to them to sort out the appointment.
He had his scan on Monday, which he always has three days before the injection. Why didn’t someone tell him then?
Well hey ho it is the first time we have had a problem. Just a long drive for nothing and £2 car parking charge.
At least the air conditioning in the hospital was very welcome.
