Lovely run, very hot day
Walk in woods having chat with Hubs , he’s a wonderful support x
Dad txt this morning , poor night but feeling stronger , he’s on a slow steady mend :0)
Coffee and 2 1/2 catch up with Sharon in the shade , so good to have a change of scene
Dad still up and down when we visited , he’s shuffling about on zimmer more but runs out of steam so fast , it’s such an emotional rollercoaster
Did some gardening for mum .
