Eaten alive

Underneath these beautiful trees and bushes lurk the lethal midges. A fantastic day of sunshine and fun with the final walk of the evening ending in a hasty retreat.
Swirls of black clouds followed us and the beasties landed on every exposed area of skin.
Not too much of a problem for me but my OH looks like he's done a few rounds with Mike Tyson already.
