Sous vide pork loin with pistachio aillade, salad, and anadama bread. Wine: e11even Cabernet Franc 2019.
This was an excellent dinner. Having fresh baked bread for dinner midweek is definitely a treat (and a feat considering how busy I was recording lectures and responding to students today).
