Productive Midweek
Today has been very productive. A lower pain today. This morning, it took me about four hours to feel less zombie like and I always hate mornings as I find my pain is higher after I awake. Woke at 6am today in agony. Forever thankful for coffee!
A very last minute Blip this evening as I am very fatigued but at least I feel like I paced myself today and got lots done. Enjoyed some time outside and enjoyed it.
I decided to leave the local Fibromyalgia/ME/CFS/Long Covid support group this morning. I have done so before and returned. I don’t feel it’s for me these days - there’s a less positive vibe which I don’t feel happy about.
Caught up with a good few of my friends today via text. I feel I have been neglecting them of late due to my health and having had a lot on my plate in the past few months, trying to juggle everything whilst pacing myself.
Today’s Blip is of my current vitamin regime! I have changed them in recent months and I finding these helpful for my general health.
I have been taking vitamins since I was eighteen (I’m approaching forty two) and I think this combination is working for my body so far.
This week is Fibromyalgia Awareness Week :)
