Wedding cakes

A friend of mine is heading to a wedding where the guests are all asked to bring cake. Originally I was going to make a 3 tiered mint chocolate chip cake, but that was going to be a nightmare to transport so decided to make a few dozen cupcakes instead. Stole a few for Alex's birthday too.

This will eventually be transformed into entry one of the food blog I'm starting with Mr Daniels. It seems appropriate that the first cakes blogged be his birthday cupcakes >.<
