Hello Everyone,

Out and about on the bike this morning… 38 miles with an average cadence of 81. It was a very flat route so I will go on a hilly route tomorrow.

Three shades of white cycling shoes in the photo… Do any of you remember that white stuff you use to put on your plimsolls when you were at school, goodness me that was a long time ago.
