Newquay beach

Chiropractic first thing then a coffee before heading off to Cornwall. I was dreading the journey as it was so hot but it was a good journey. A303 stopping at cartgate for lunch .
The family went for a swim after work and we watched. Had dinner in the lounge in Newquay .
