Dusk

It’s been a long, hot day. I was up and in the gym by 6.30am, and then I dashed home to take Noo to school. The whole school was back today, and Noo got himself all worked up on the very short drive to school. He became tearful and refused to go in. He did eventually calm down, but I fired off a quick email to the head of year before offering myself as a sacrifice in the dentist chair. The dentist was kind and I didn’t need anything doing - in and out in a flash.

I had a phone all from school welfare at 11.20 - Noo felt sick!!!I spoke to Noo and explained the situation to the staff member. Noo went back to class. I have exchanged a few emails with a few people, and he was a happier boy when he came out of school.

So very hot today. I took this picture when I went for a late run / walk. I didn’t mean to get the gravestones, I was interested in the smoke.
