The catch

Here’s prawn trawler LH142 ‘Fairnies’ coming back into Port Seton, with their catch this morning. 

Alas, if we liked fresh prawns that had not been processed (as a great many people do), we would be quids in, as you can buy them straight from the boat or nearby fishmongers. However, we tend to have an aversion (not as trendy as an ‘allergy’ alas) to shellfish, so avoid anything with shells, heads and legs! 

Anyway, it was great to see the boat come in and we even got a cheery wave from the trawler men.
