Ask permission for landing - OVER.

We could watch all of the preparation for the flight, but weren't close enough to take pictures (the ones I took were absolutely worthless).

But we were there when the deltaplane (I don't really know what they are called) was back from its trip and came in for landing.

It's a very noisy engine, but it looks like it can give someone a great flying experience - though probably not for me ;)
