Summer Wrath in Phoenix

This tree has been green, bushy and quite full year-round for the 24 years I've lived in this place...until this summer.  There are two others just like it on my street and I have two plants in my yard that are in this same condition.  The tree is still alive, you can see low-down growth in the extra.
