Back to school

Caleb back at school this morning.
He had a bit of a meltdown this morning, connected to his shoes, not wanting to put his shoes on saying they weren’t comfortable but couldn’t explain anymore. Reluctantly and with encouragement he put them on and we changed the subject. Went into his class ok with no problems.

Our daughter had forgotten to take something in to school for a lesson (mum and dad to the rescue). Felt funny “parent dropping off item for daughter (teacher).

Lovely day spent with Austin. He is quite quiet on his own, not being instructed or following his brother.

Walked up to school to collect Caleb, who came out of school happy, hugged his brother and then they both walked/skipped home (via the park).

Early tea as committee meetings tonight, as usual our chair doesn’t hang about and it’s over in an hour. A zoom meeting, it works well as I type the minutes and send on the day for approval.
