Reading

Today we visited the beach club.  It was really windy and all the umbrellas were down but the sun was still shining and the sea was refreshing (with a few big waves).  No pictures of feet or the view but one of the book I am reading.  It is a great book and one of the main pleasures of a holiday on a sun bed - plenty of time to read. 

In other news it was No1’s birthday and she was enjoying a lovely break to Dorset with JC.  I am so pleased the weather is hot at home and she has an amazing hotel (with upgrade) with a pool.  They had  dinner tonight at Rick Stein’s.  I’m happy if she’s happy.
