Sunflower

Another fabulous hot sunny day.

This might be my last sunflower blip this season. This evening I noticed that a number of tall sunflower stalks were missing their flowerheads, how strange! I thought.

Later from the house I noticed these sunflowers swaying then a squirrel jumping clear. The squirrels are climbing the support canes and chewing off and stealing away with the sunflowers. The rascals.
