Morning running

Niki asked if anyone fancied a run in the Quarry at 6am this morning and, wanting to make the most of the brief summer, I decided to join her. It was a beautiful morning, with moody mist covering the grass and the sun gently rising. It was really, proper lovely. And still showered and at my desk for 8am. Winner!

And I’ll join the rest of the gang for a (warm) run and trip to the pub this evening, though I’m having a bit of a break from the pilates class for now.
