Soaring

As I approached Dunoon pier at lunch time today , en route for Glasgow, I wondered what the strange bird was which I could see soaring above it.

The answer was a kite - the string and wood ( or perhaps plastic) variety not the flesh and blood one.

Impressive none the less !
