On the nest

Pigeons aren't my favourite bird; there are many more attractive and more welcome birds in my back garden.

However, this one has chosen to nest in a tree at the bottom of our garden. The spot chosen seems quite exposed - until you look at it through the camera lens and find many twigs and leaves and branches intruding into the view. This bird has been sitting there for many days now; I don't know when the eggs (which I assume are in there) will hatch.
